Service Delivery & Certificate Access Policy

SAFA Global Solutions provides digital services only — online exam registrations, secure online assessments, and issuance of ISO-certified digital certificates. We do not ship physical products. This policy explains how digital services and certificates are delivered, and how payments are handled via Razorpay.

1. Digital Service Activation

After successful payment, the purchased digital service will be activated as described below:

• Online exam access: Activated immediately via the secure exam portal (your account).
• Exam registration: Confirmation appears in your portal dashboard and a transaction receipt is available.
• Course materials / project deliverables: Provided through the portal or via approved file downloads as per the course terms.

2. Certificate Delivery — Download from Portal (Important)

On successful completion and verification of results, the ISO-certified digital certificate will be made available for download from the student's portal account. We will not rely solely on email or SMS to deliver certificates. Email/SMS may be used only to notify you that the certificate is ready — you must log in to your account to download the official certificate file (PDF) which includes a unique verification ID and QR code.

Why this is done:

• Ensures secure delivery and prevents unauthorized sharing.
• Provides a verified copy with embedded verification metadata (ID/QR).
• Matches best practices required by payment gateway / compliance reviewers.

3. Payment Processing (Razorpay)

All payments are processed via Razorpay — a PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store or retain full card/UPI/netbanking details on our servers. Razorpay may retain transaction metadata as required by law and regulatory compliance.

Important for Razorpay KYC / Approval: Make sure the business name, registered address, support email and contact number present on this website match the documents you upload to Razorpay (PAN/GST/bank statement/ID) to avoid delays in approval.

4. Delivery Timelines & Access

• Exam access and registrations: typically activated instantly after successful payment.
• Certificate availability for download: issued within the timeline specified on the course/exam page after results are validated (this may be immediate or after manual verification depending on the exam type).
• If manual verification is required (identity checks, proctoring review), certificate availability may take additional time — you will receive a portal notification when ready.

5. Service Access Issues

If you cannot access a purchased service or cannot download your certificate, contact our support immediately so we can restore access or re-issue the certificate via the portal.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

Payments are generally non-refundable except in exceptional cases (duplicate payment, payment not recorded, service not delivered due to our fault). Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method. For chargebacks, we will provide relevant logs and evidence to the payment provider.

7. How to Download Your Certificate

1. Log in to your account at https://safaglobalsolutions.in/online_portal/login.php.
2. Open My Certificates or the relevant course page in your dashboard.
3. Click Download Certificate (PDF) — the file contains your name, course, issue date, unique verification ID and QR code.
4. Employers can verify authenticity via our public verification page using the verification ID or QR code.
