Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SAFA Global Solutions we handle enrollment, paid online assessments, and issuance of ISO-certified digital certificates. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our approach to payments, cancellations, and refunds. All payments for exams/certificates are processed through Razorpay (a PCI-compliant gateway).

1. No Cancellation Once Service is Activated

Once you register and payment is successfully processed for an online exam, course enrollment or certificate issuance, the order is considered activated and cannot be cancelled. Activation includes: issuing test credentials, scheduling a proctored session, or delivering exam access.

2. Non-Refundable Payments (Standard Rule)

Fees for online exams, grading, and digital certificate issuance are generally non-refundable. Please review the course/exam details and terms before paying.

3. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

We will consider refunds only in the following exceptional situations after verification:

Each exceptional case will be investigated. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method through Razorpay.

4. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be initiated from our side within 7–10 business days. The actual time to reflect in the customer's bank or wallet depends on the card issuer/bank/payment provider and may vary. We are not responsible for delays outside Razorpay or the banking partners' control.

6. Payment Security & Razorpay

All payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store full card/UPI/netbanking details on our servers. Razorpay may retain transactional metadata as required by law and payments compliance. To streamline Razorpay KYC/approval, ensure that the business name, registered address and contact details you upload to Razorpay match the details shown on this website exactly.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is raised through the bank/payment provider, we will respond with transaction logs and evidence (access logs, credentials issued, timestamps). If we determine the service was delivered correctly, the chargeback may be disputed as per payment provider rules.
